Wage certification for subcontracted Chicago School work?
A company hired our company (valve manfacturer) to repair our specialty valve on a Chicago Public School (CPS) swimming pool. The company that hired us said CPS requires wage certification for the work, and provided an incomplete example, but no details. I cannot find anything mentioning this in info about contractors/subcontractors on CPS website. So I don't know exactly what they need or why.
